Windbreaker Bomber Jacket by Forever21
Size S, fits sizes S-M. Very versatile and unique in form, I haven't found anything like it! Purchased a while ago but I've only worn it a few times, so you'll be the only one wearing it! I love this jacket but TBH I have bad memories from the last time I wore this (haha).
